CHRISTIAN RIVERA
Founder, Programming Director, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Athletic Performance Coach
Christian founded CR Fitness in 2020. With over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning, he is passionate about helping clients improve their health, build resilience, and train for longevity. Christian believes strength training should improve everyday life and performance, not just aesthetics. He has called Nantucket home for over 20 years and enjoys working out, practicing yoga and jiu-jitsu, and spending beach days with his family.
KAITLYN ERISMAN, DPT
Licensed Physical Therapist, Strength Coach
Kaitlyn is a licensed Physical Therapist, board-certified in orthopedics, and a strength coach specializing in injury recovery, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, and pelvic floor physical therapy. She is also certified in pre/postnatal fitness, offering a unique and comprehensive approach to client care.
Born and raised on Nantucket, Kaitlyn now raises her four children with her husband Matt. She loves swimming, marathon running, and spending time in nature with her family.
KATE DANIELS, DPT, CPT
Licensed Physical Therapist, Strength Coach
Kate is a licensed Physical Therapist, board-certified in orthopedics, and a personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning. She brings over 5 years of coaching experience and a strong clinical background to CRF.
A Nantucket native and former standout soccer athlete, Kate combines her love for fitness, strength training, and rehabilitation to help clients move better, recover stronger, and achieve their goals. In her free time, you’ll find her lifting weights and exploring new ways to challenge the body.
ALEX MACKEY, CPT
Yoga Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer
Alex holds a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College, is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM, and is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor.
She brings a balanced, movement-driven approach to strength training, helping clients find strength, flexibility, and resilience through fitness and mindfulness practices. When she's not coaching, Alex enjoys working out, walking the beach, and biking anywhere she can on Nantucket.
Erin Holdgate, CPT, SFC
Certified Personal Trainer, Stretch & Flexibility Coach
Erin is a Certified Personal Trainer, Flexibility Coach, and group fitness instructor based on Nantucket Island.
After spending a decade behind a desk, fitness became her passion and transformed into her career. She is committed to helping people move better, get stronger, and live healthier lives. When she's not coaching or training, you'll find Erin walking, enjoying great food, or spending beach days on the island.
Will Datilio, CPT
Athlete Strength & Performance Coach
Will brings over 15 years of experience and a background in Division I and professional athlete development. A graduate in Sports Psychology from Plymouth State University, Will blends strength training, athletic movement, and performance mindset coaching to help clients build real-world strength & athleticism. When he's not coaching, you'll find him in the kitchen, eating and cooking to fuel his workouts.
