CRF’s small group training isn’t your average group fitness class. Each class is capped at 10 people, allowing us to deliver hands-on coaching, personalized corrections, and a progress-based strength program for every experience level. It’s an affordable way to train like an individual, with the motivation of a team around you.

CRF FORTIFY

CRF Fortify blends Pilates-inspired core work, full-body strength, and yoga-based mobility flows to deliver a complete workout that strengthens, stabilizes, and restores.

CRF FOUNDATIONS

Level: Beginner – Intermediate

CRF Foundations is where you build your base.

This class focuses on dumbbell and kettlebell strength training—no barbells, no cardio—just smart, functional supersets designed to improve balance, refine form, and build lasting strength.

Perfect for beginners, intermediates, or anyone rebuilding after injury.

CRF Stronger blends bodybuilding-style lifts, functional movement, and a final cardio hit for a balanced, high-performance session.

CRF Build is a barbell-driven strength class for experienced lifters ready to move serious weight.

Each session features a major lift (squat, deadlift, or press), targeted accessory work, and a 10-minute conditioning finisher—all in a gritty, no-nonsense environment.

Level: All 

Movement-focused cardio to keep you light on your toes. 

CRF Sweat is a 45-minute cardio class focused on dynamic, full-body movements designed to spike your heart rate by keeping you in motion. This class is a mix of bodyweight exercises and light strength training to enhance your endurance.
