Small group training at CRF is just that—strength training, in a group setting. Class sizes are intentionally kept small, allowing coaches to deliver hands-on instruction and personalized corrections. And unlike most group fitness, our gym’s classes follow a progress-based program, so you can track where you’ve made gains week over week. It’s an affordable way to get personal training results, with the motivation of a team around you.

CRF FOUNDATIONS
Level: Beginner - Intermediate
CRF Foundations features dumbbell and kettlebell lifts organized into smart, functional supersets that improve balance, refine form, and build lasting strength. This class is perfect for beginners, intermediates, or anyone rebuilding after injury.
CRF FORTIFY
Level: All
CRF Fortify blends light resistance with intentional time under tension to deliver a recovery-based workout that improves balance, stability, and muscular control. Perfect for recovery days, de-load weeks, and anyone who wants to move and feel better.
CRF STRONGER
Level: Intermediate - Advanced
CRF Stronger builds real-world, total-body strength and resilience. This class goes beyond the basics, through powerful, multi-directional movement, plus a conditioning burner to test your grit. This is where strength, torque, and athleticism collide.
CRF PERFORMANCE
Level: Intermediate - Advanced
CRF Performance is built to help athletes improve endurance, strength, and movement quality. Each session blends performance-based strength training, mobility, and conditioning to help you move better, recover stronger, and perform longer.
CRF BUILD
Level: Advanced
CRF Build is a barbell-driven strength program designed to target all major muscle groups throughout the week. Each session combines compound barbell lifts with accessory work, ensuring progressive strength gains.
CRF SWEAT
Level: Advanced
CRF Sweat is a high-energy, full-body conditioning class that blends functional movements, cardio machines, and light strength work in timed intervals to keep your heart rate up and your body guessing. Expect 45 - 50 mins of nonstop endurance training.
