With over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioninig training, Christian is passionate about improving his client’s health through personalized training. He believes in training for longevity to improve every day tasks and activites. Nantucket Island has been his home for the last 20+ years. Christian enjoys working out, yoga, jiu-jitsu, and beach days on the island with his family.

Kaitlyn is a licensed Physical Therapist, board certified in orthopedics and a strength & conditioning coach. Kaitlyn’s experience and well rounded knowledge makes her a unique coach for people working with an injury and pre/post surgery. Kaitlyn specializes in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. Kaitlyn was born and raised on Nantucket, is currently raising her four children with her husband Matt. In her free time, Kaitlyn is a swimmer, a marathon runner, and likes spending time in nature with her family.

KATE DANIELS, CPT

Kate just finished her graduate school studying Physical Therapy at the University of Rhode Island. Kate has over 5 years of Strength & Conditioning experience. Kate grew up on Nantucket Island and was a star soccer athlete while in school. Kate’s favorite thing to do is exercise and lift some weights. Her love of fitness, helping people set & reach goals, and the way the human body works makes her not only a strong personal trainer, but soon, an amazing physical therapist.

Alex Mackey, CPT

Alex Mackey has her B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. She holds her CPT from ACSM and is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor. Alex is passionate about helping others live a more balancedand holistic lifestyle through movement and mindset. She loves to also workout, take walks on the beach, and bike any where she possibly can!

Russell Burns, CPT

Russell Burns holds his CPT from ISSA. Russell has been an avid sportsman from an early age participating in various sports form soccer to cricket. Now, loves sports such as tennis and golf. Russell enjoys training golf athletes by implementing workouts that help with strength, power, and coordination. Having said that, he enjoys a variety of clients with his main focus in improving overall strength and conditioning.

Ryanne is a licensed physical therapist out of Nazarath College. While getting her degree, Ryanne also played college basketball. She loves getting her clients stronger especially if its sports related. Ryanne’s favorite thing is watching sports, working out, walking her dog, and traveling.
