Group Classes Info


We believe that the truest way of getting the best out of training is to have accountability and a program that works for you. We started this gym so that you can have that valued and personable training. We still continue that with our small group trainings. Our groups are never more than 6-10 per class, so that we can modify and guide you to do any movement correctly. All of our programs are online so that you can track your progress to reach any goal you want from wherever you are. Your coach is available for feedback in person and online if you have any questions regarding your program. We don’t want our group trainings classes to be just another workout. We believe in making our small groups classes the best 1 on 1 training you’ve ever recieved, by holding you accountable and guiding you through the process.


CRF BUILD

CRF BUILD is for anyone looking to push and pull some heavy weights. CRF BUILD is about building your strength & power by pushing that line of max effort on each of your exercises. Theres minimal conditioning in this class, and when there is, its about bursts of power and speed to build a stronger you. CRF BUILD has only one goal, its to build the ultimate you.

CRF STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH

CRF STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH is designed for all levels. This class is designed to create stability, core, strength, and create mobility utilizing dumbbells or kettlebells the entire class. This is a perfect class for a beginner trying to start, a person who’s trying to get back into their training, or even an advance client who just wants to build a great functional strong base. Our goal in this class is to create a base on pure strength exercises that help with every day activities, that tap into your vitality and prolong your longevity. There is no conditioning/cardio in this class.

CRF STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

CRF STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING is also designed for all levels. In this class we take all of our functional movements that create stability, strength, and core in our Straight Up Strength class and add a little twist, Conditioning. From the Air Bike to the Treadmill, we add cardio to go along with your strength exercises. Our programming doesnt allow you to burn out. We want you strong for each round, each exercise, and each time you do it. We show you how, you just show up for this heart pumping and sweaty group class.
